We have a highly experienced British maintenance team who own several properties themselves within the kingdom of Bahrain, they understand the full spectrum involved in caring for and maintaining your property. The experience we have as expatriate management to expatriate landlords is paramount to maintain your property as they would maintain their own.
Our main objective is to relieve you of any unnecessary stress, often associated with renting a property. We deal with issues, such as collecting monthly rent, ensuring your property is properly maintained and returning your property in a satisfactory condition at the end of a rental agreement.

The Standard Service
Designed to find the ideal tenant and tailored to the landlord who prefers to look after the day-to-day activities of the tenancy, such as collecting rent, chasing arrears and general maintenance.
We will:
- Access an achievable rental income.
- Pro-actively market your property to prospective tenants.
- Accompany all prospective tenants for viewings.
- Negotiate the lease details with prospective tenants.
- Provide a tenancy agreement to protect your rights.
- Arrange collection of first three months rent.
COST: ONE MONTH RENTAL INCOME.
The Premier Service
Gives the maximum level of service allowing you, the landlord, the minimum of involvement in the routine management and maintenance of the property. We will manage the letting of your property from beginning to end and keep you informed every step of the way. Eliminating the hassle and worry knowing you have a British management team that are fully experienced and knowledgeable, owning several properties themselves to give a high standard of service.
This service is ideal if you’re unable, for whatever reason, to have a hands-on involvement in the day-to-day running of your property.
This service contract includes all the benefits of The Standard Service detailed above.
We will:
- Arrange monthly collection of rent.
- Arrange transfer of funds to your selected bank account.
- Organise any necessary routine repairs when requested by either the tenant or the landlord.
- Instruct reputable tradesmen to correct any deficiency which may be detrimental to your property.
- Return your property in a satisfactory condition at the end of a lease agreement and re-market for future tenants.
- Treat this property as we do our own, any additional requests required by you can be tailored into the contract.
COST: 6% OF RENTAL INCOME PER MONTH
Additional to this would be any costs with tradesmen which may be necessary for repairing/maintaining your property (Browns Estates will include an additional 20% to the tradesman’s invoice).
We endeavour to find low cost/professional tradesmen to ensure costs are kept as low as possible.
